In order to decrease corrosion and wear, we have optimized the anodic coating our products to 25 microns, and increased the hardness of the coating to HV400. As the Intensity of illumination plays a large role in the longevity of the seals, we have optimized our anodizing processes by implementing a preprocessing method that increased the effectiveness of anodizing.
